RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
JOWHAR products can be returned for a full refund within 20 days of delivery if you change your mind or find anything wrong with the product, provided that the product and its packaging are undamaged and in their original full condition. Download our return form from here, fill it and send it to our customer care team at customercare@jowharhouse.com. If there are no issues with the product, you will receive a full refund within 10 days. Feel free to contact our customer care team if you have any questions or if you need help.
Shipping costs for returns are covered for orders that were originally delivered with free shipping. Refunds must be sent to the original purchaser’s payment method.
